RealD Sweepstakes – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”)
By entering into the RealD Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by, these terms & conditions”. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to the Sweepstakes form part of these Terms, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail.
2. Participants
To participate, you must be aged 18 years or over and a legal resident of the United States of America and the District of Colombia. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees of RealD, ABC, Inc., doing business as, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“WDSMP”), Pixar (“Pixar”) (WDSMP and Pixar shall collectively be referred to as “Disney”), their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, simply complete each of the following required steps:
- You must have a personal TikTok account to enter the Sweepstakes. It is recommended that you follow RealD on TikTok @RealD3D_.
- Tag RealD in a post on your personal account on TikTok and comment on “Which Character in Toy Story 5 is your favorite?” Your TikTok post is your “Post”. Your Post must not: be offensive, obscene or defamatory; contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights or that disparages RealD or anyone else; promotes illegal drugs or firearms/weapons; promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; or contain material that is unlawful. Posting a Post constitutes entrant’s consent to give RealD a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Posts in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for RealD or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use their Post.
There is no requirement to make any purchase in order to enter the Sweepstakes. RealD accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Sweepstakes. You may enter only one (1) time for the Sweepstakes.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different TikTok accounts will void that entrant’s entries and disqualify the entrant.
4. Start Date and Closing Date
The start time and date for the Sweepstakes is 3pm Pacific Time, July 1, 2026, and the closing time and date for entries is 11:59pm Pacific Time on July 5, 2026. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. TikTok’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for determining eligible entries for the Sweepstakes.
5. The Draw
All entries received by the closing date will be collected and one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all the entries received in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be selected at random by a computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place on or after July 6, 2026. The winner will receive a TikTok message notifying them that they have won no later than the July 10, 2026. Should RealD be unable to contact the winner within forty-eight (48) hours, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, RealD reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn in accordance with these Terms. RealD’s decision regarding the winner will be final. The winner may be required to take part in publicity for a period of one year following the Sweepstakes, and by entering the Sweepstakes they hereby agree to taking part in any such publicity without any additional compensation or consideration of any kind.
6. The Prize
The winner will receive a Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5 Prize Pack, consisting of (i) a signed poster, (ii) a Funko Pop! (either a Buzz Lightyear Funko Pop!, a LilyPad Funk Pop!, or a Jessie Funko Pop), (iii) a Snackels 8” Rex with Popcorn Disney Plush, (iv) a Hasbro Mr. Potato Head Toy, and (v) a Toy Story 5 sweatshirt, (vi) a Toy Story 5 kids T-Shirt, (vii) a hat, (viii) a Toy Story 5 tote bag, a (ix) Toy Story 5 character key chain, and (x) Toy Story 5 stickers (the “Prize”). The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $420. The Prize is provided by WDSMP. Please note that RealD gives no warranty or guarantee as to the quality of the prize. Sponsor does not make any guarantee to specific talent(s) and/or filmmaker(s) who signed the posters and no additional retail value is associated with any signatures.
No cash alternatives will be offered. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside of RealD’s control, RealD reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of approximately equal value. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with winning the Prize. The Prize will be shipped by WDSMP to the winner within six (6) weeks of selection by Sponsor.
7. Exclusions
Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the Prize is excluded.
8. Winner’s details
The winner’s name and state will be disclosed to anyone who writes requesting the details within one (1) month after the published closing date and encloses a stamped addressed envelope to RealD, 246 S. Taylor Ave #100, Louisville, CO 80027.
9. Sponsor and Sponsor’s Rights
The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is RealD; RealD reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. RealD reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it finds unlawful, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions, all in its sole discretion. RealD’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok You understand that you are providing your information to RealD and not to Instagram or Facebook and you release Instagram and Facebook from any liability which may arise in connection with this Sweepstakes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Entrants agree to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law to release and forever discharge RealD, Disney, TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns and employees, and any entity or person connected with the Sweepstakes from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may now or hereafter arise, including but not limited to any loss of enjoyment, costs, delays or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
12. Data Protection
All data provided by participants will be treated in line with RealD’s Privacy Policy (available on the RealD website at reald.com/privacy-policy), and only for the purposes of running the prize draw and administration of the Sweepstakes.
13. Disney is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
Disney and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are neither a party to nor a sponsor of the Sweepstakes and are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to Disney.
