Jeff Spain oversees all of the Company’s accounting and finance functions. Jeff has an exceptional track record and his depth of experience includes over 20 years of experience with public, venture and private equity-backed companies and has successfully worked across a variety of industries including technology, e-commerce, digital media, consumer and energy. Prior to joining RealD, he served as CFO at Rentech Inc.
